We combined forces nearly a decade ago, fuelled by a shared passion for evidence-based coaching and the business of transforming people.

Noelle Cordeaux

Lumia CEO and Co-Founder

Noelle Cordeaux is CEO and co-founder of Lumia. She is a feminist scholar, coach, speaker, and sexologist who specializes in the relationship with the self. She has carved out a unique niche in the world of coaching, combining evidence-based scientific methods grounded in positive psychology with traditional, clinical sexology to help her clients gain true progress. Noelle is highly trained in positive psychology, an ICF Certified Coach, holds a B.A. in Literature from Rutgers University and a Graduate Certificate in Executive and Professional Coaching from the University of Texas at Dallas.

John Kim

Lumia Co-Founder, The Angry Therapist

John Kim, LMFT, (AKA The Angry Therapist) and co-founder of Lumia, pioneered the online life coaching movement. A decade ago, John Kim's divorce led to his total re-birth and he became an unconventional therapist and life coach by working out of the box and growing his audience of like-minded people from the ground up. John's books The Angry Therapist’s No BS Guide to Finding and Living Your Own Truth, I Used to Be a Miserable F*ck: An Everyman's Guide to a Meaningful Life and Single. On Purpose. have inspired thousands to change their lives.

Karyn Edwards, ACC

Karyn Edwards has over 25 years of corporate experience in a variety of capacities including organization development, talent management, team building, learning, diagnostics, facilitation, and skill development training. Karyn earned her PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in 2017 with her dissertation focusing on the role of leadership and employee engagement. Karyn earned her Professional and Executive Coaching Certificate from UT Dallas in 2021.

Danielle N. Adams, CPC, PCC

Danielle Adams is originally from the Jersey Shore, and she now lives in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania. She calls herself a reformed retail banking professional, who spent more than 15 years serving in multiple service, sales, business development, small business lending and managerial roles. Since the official inception of her business in 2014, she's taken a great deal of pride in successfully reinventing herself from her rise in the financial services world to her RESET as a business leader, creating her own “C-suite” with QueenSuite. Today, she works primarily with professionals looking to shine or straighten their crown.

For almost 20 years Barbara has been a successful entrepreneur and real estate developer. Prior to entrepreneurship, Barbara had a successful corporate career in marketing for 15 years. She’s held leadership roles in both large and small companies including, Activision, Schwab and Washington Mutual/Chase and understands what it takes to have a successful career. A respected coach and trusted leader in her community, Barbara has helped hundreds of people move through both personal and professional challenges in life.
