"Before Lumia, I was struggling in my classroom wondering what I was going to do with myself under the weight of teaching while engulfed in restrictions and mandates. I couldn’t see myself making it through before Lumia. When my Lumia cohort started, the coursework and the beautiful energy of my classmates started to help me rebuild myself. I felt rejuvenated because I was with growth-minded people working on things that truly resonated in my soul. I have never been so inspired to learn. The Lumia community is an invaluable resource for learning and networking, as well as an amazing group of people who are genuinely glad to support one another, and I’m proud to be among them."

I was working full time for a BIG corporation. I had all the “perks” & “benefits” but absolutely NO time. I recognized my potential and signed up to Lumia with an idea to quit the corporate life and venture on my own. Little did I know I would find such amazing tools in this Intensive, enough to help me be brave and quit early! Now I am a full-time personal coach! I help people thrive in confidence, through mindfulness and hope.

This journey packs a ton of information, skills, and experiences in only 20 sessions. Although it can seem overwhelming, it is manageable. The best part is the teachers and the fellow classmates and the willingness of both to share, to support, and to provide community!
