Everyone at Lumia Coaching is so friendly, helpful, curious, and lit up about coaching and helping coaches get the quality training they need in order to help others. Another reason I chose Lumia is their post-grad support of coaches launching their business. I felt that it would be a great asset in starting this new venture.Every week was a wonderful experience and I found a community with my cohort, that I was longing for but didn't expect to find online. Some weeks the lessons were a** kickers, as the covered topics revealed areas I still have work to be done in. The instructors were all very supportive and made it clear that we don't have to be perfect and have everything in place in order to be good coaches. I learned a lot and know that I have so much more to learn.

Lumia was above and beyond what I hoped. The education is science-based using the latest research, but taught in an incredibly accessible manner. Through practicum hours I gained confidence in using the skills and tools I was taught. The instructors are incredibly supportive, encouraging and beyond knowledgeable. What REALLY surprised me and is why I not only love Lumia, but recommend it to everyone, is the community.The bonds I have formed with not only my cohort, but other Lumia alumni are invaluable.
