This experience has truly helped shape who I am becoming, not only as a life coach but also as a person. The first week starting the Catalyst Coaching Intensive. The world around me was being tested and questioned around. However, as one world was falling apart and telling me I could not have a voice, another world was opening called Lumia Coaching. Where I was met by people who wanted to listen to my voice. The support you get from the instructors and your cohort peers is truly remarkable.

I wanted a community of like minded individuals who I could call on whenever I had questions. It turned out that life coaching had more to it than I realised. All in all, a lot of confusion got removed from my life and a new batch of friends, peers, and resources took its place. If talking to people seems to be how you best help others, just come on in!

Before I joined the Intensive, I researched other companies. I looked at the website, program, and requirements. It seemed real, down to earth, and do-able; professional and of tremendous value, but not stuffy. Then I had a call with Stephanie; she was warm and kind and made me feel welcome, before I'd even enrolled. What a wonderful representation and 'face' of the company! Everyone is like that here! The education I received is amazing and the life-long friends and support are invaluable! I can't recommend it enough!
