Coaching with me is like having a conversation with a good friend who is genuinely curious about you and what you're all about. I want you to feel seen, heard, and above all, safe. I aim to inspire you to be the version of yourself that feels most authentic, and help focus that energy and attention into tangible goals you're looking to achieve. Whether that's a transition in your life, career, or if you're looking to find what you keep bumping into along your way, I'm here to help shine a light on those little places you can't quite see back there! Holding space is my jam!
Born and raised in Texas, I studied at UT Austin, lived in Spain, New York City, have had more than my fair share of life transitions for my age (I’m older than I look), and I don’t figure I’ll be stopping there. I plan to continue my adventures and really take in the world around me in a way that makes me feel connected to a purpose. Along my travels and many experiences, I found myself searching for meaning and understanding of how my skills, talent, and voice fit into the grand scheme of things…all of which have brought me here!
I’m just a girl in the world living as intentionally as I can, a former boss lady used to doing boss lady things, and someone who believes that people can change through self-reflection, awareness and a great support system. I want to inspire people to be whoever they want to be and not apologize for the fire they bring along with them. I aim to inspire others to find strength in what makes them truly unique, and use that as a road map to where they want to be.
I use a conversational approach helping you remove barriers that may be getting in your way using frameworks and techniques backed by Positive Psychology. I also really like getting to know people, their stories, what makes them tick and listening with my whole heart. :)
“Overall, I enjoyed my conversation with Teresa. I felt like I was chatting with an old friend and found it very easy to open up to her and share my thoughts without judgment. She has a very warm and friendly presence, which I, and I’m sure future clients, can appreciate. I would definitely be open to working with her again!” -Malyssa C.
“Teresa allowed me the room to hear myself share my place and thoughts while being engaged fully. She helped me to see how far I’ve come and helped me to embrace this time in my life...This was a blessed experience. I needed her methodology to help me to see the truth rather than the story that my mind likes to tell of --- DO MORE – ITS NOT ENOUGH!” - Gina A.
“I went into this session stressed and overwhelmed from running around all day. I left this session feeling so much more calm and appreciative of having someone to talk to. Grateful for this moment of having someone who can remind me of who I am. And I could sense how genuine she was.”
-Pamela D.
“Working with Teresa was a pretty amazing experience. She came into the conversation with a really chill and laid back vibe, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. I honestly didn’t know what to expect, and she didn’t push me in any direction, instead she gently guided me to open up with what was at the forefront of my conscience. She listened well and moved through the conversation in a way that kept my thoughts flowing and asked questions that seemed simple...but surprised me with how they forced me to look a little deeper within myself. Rather than talking AT me, she talked WITH me. She knew just what to ask and how much of her own thoughts to offer in order to help me bring MY thoughts to a place that is STARTING to look more like clarity. When we finished up, I felt heard, SEEN, cared for, refocused, challenged, and hopefully anticipating another session! -Roxanne B.
"Overall my experience was so positive. Teresa is very kind and very professional. She has wonderful listening and reflecting back skills. I would absolutely recommend her and hope to get to work with her again. I can’t say anything negative or give any constructive criticism at all! She is great at what she does and has a lot to offer her future clients." -Debra A.
